Celebrate Vancouver Race Week with a few hundred of your closest friends. With events planned throughout the week, you can run with the community, shop with us, hang with the locals, and accept our missions - all across two locations.

Bryce is a Vancouver-born visual artist known for keeping things light, a bit offbeat, and easy to connect with. His simple, smiling characters show up across his work, shaped by a shift from once “inappropriate” sketchbooks to something softer and more carefree. Bryce is the featured artist behind our 2026 Unofficial Marathon Tee, bringing that same easy, unbothered energy into a piece that captures the in-between moments, where the community shows up.

FAQ

A shakeout run is a short, easy run designed to loosen up your legs, calm the nerves, and get you feeling good before race day.

Yes, spots are limited for each run club. Check the link under your chosen club and lock in your spot early.

We encourage you to leave large belongings at home. However, if required you may store your bag at RunAsYouAre. RunAsYouAre will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

You're welcome to hop into more than one run, just be mindful of capacity and give everyone a fair shot at joining their first pick.

Each club will lead their run at their own comfortable, social pace.

Most shakeouts will be short and sweet (roughly 3–5km), perfect for waking up the legs without overdoing it.

All runs start and finish at RunAsYouAre 2033 W 4th Ave unless otherwise noted on your club's registration page.

Your running shoes, a good attitude, and anything you need to feel comfortable (water, layers, etc.). We'll take care of the rest.

Yes. Just make sure you're registered so we can save you a spot.

The run's just the beginning. We're taking things over to the RunAsYouAre Café pop-up at TV Dinner Café (1780 W 3rd) for post-run hangs, specialty foods, good drinks, and a few surprises.

Absolutely. These runs are designed to be inclusive and welcoming to all levels.

For safety and flow, this one's for adults. Pets are best left at home as well, since routes can get busy and crowded.
