Once per month, Flight Crew Run Club hits the local trails of Vancouver and North Vancouver. The runs depart from a different location each month and vary in distance - allowing for plenty of variety and scenic mornings out. Expect an average distance of 11km - 14km led by our team of experienced trail runners.

All runs leave at 8:30am from the locations in the description, so be sure to arrive early to get settled, sign-in, and be ready to run.

Mushroom picking in the North Vancouver Alpine??? There's not a single better Sunday activity. This month we're going to St. Mark's Summit for one big group run. There will only be one route this month - just over 12km - but we'll be hitting two viewpoints and trying our best to forage for mushrooms. It's the perfect season for them! There will definitely be some climbing so be sure to bring your best trail runners, ample nutrition, and water! Check out the strava link here:
