Join us on November 30 for our monthly Sunday morning trail run on Seymour out of Parkgate. We have an advanced but fun route planned with 14.6km and around 630m of elevation gain on the day.

Please note that there is no shorter distance planned for this month and the aim is to complete the route in around 2 hours of running.
