Every Thursday evening at 6:15pm we offer a 3K, 5K & 10K route led by our team of experienced Run Leaders, and once per month we hit the trails for varying distances. You're welcome to join any distance you prefer, so to help you decide here’s some descriptions on each distance:

This week is a cheeky fun one. We've got a special guest in house - Runner's Brew Kombucha - who are going to be serving up some of the best natural kombucha in Vancouver. It's locally brewed and all of the flavour combinations are hand-picked by Vancouver runners. We'll have samples for everyone after the run so come fly with the Flight Crew and get a taste of the Runner's Brew.

• 3K - 6:30/km-7:00/km
• 5K - 5:30/km-6:15/km
• 10K - 4:45/km-5:30/km

All runs leave at 6:15pm from 2033 W4th, Vancouver, so be sure to arrive early to get settled, sign-in, and be ready to run.
