Keith Haring x Saucony Ride 18
A running shoe built where the lines first crossed
Street artist Keith Haring grew up in Kutztown, Pennsylvania. So did Saucony.
One left his mark through public art. The other made shoes for people who move.
Haring’s work helped shape street art in 1980s New York. While others showcased their work in galleries, he used subway walls, warehouses, and street corners as his canvas. His iconic figures became familiar symbols of joy, protest, and connection. He wanted his work to be easy to spot and easy to understand. Art that didn’t need explaining. Just something people could see and get, right there in the moment.
This version of the Ride 18 brings both stories together. It’s a shoe made for daily runs, now reworked with original artwork from Haring’s archive. The design shows up on the laces, insole, and heel, developed in partnership with the Keith Haring Foundation and licensed by Artestar in New York City.
The Saucony Ride 18 has everything you expect from this pair.
The updated PWRRUN+ foam helps Absorb impact and soften each step. There’s more Bounce thanks to a lighter, more responsive feel. And improved grip and a secure fit give you the Stability you need to stay locked in and moving smooth.
Haring believed in making things that moved people. Saucony builds for people who move. Turns out, they were on the same path all along.
